My Pay and certifications
Check estimated earnings, and keep your certifications current.
My Pay
Profile → My Pay shows Total hours, OT hours, Shifts and Estimated earnings for the period, then a By shift breakdown with the hours and rate for each.
The figure is labelled "Estimated — final pay is confirmed by payroll." Treat it as a check on your own hours, not as a payslip. If it disagrees with your payslip, the conversation to have is about the timesheet entries behind it.
If your administrator has not enabled it you will see "Pay summary isn't available yet — your admin still needs to enable it."
My Certifications
Profile → Certifications holds your qualifications — food hygiene, licences, safety tickets.
- Add a certification with its name, issue date and expiry date, and attach the file.
- Slota rejects an expiry date before the issue date rather than storing a nonsense record.
Keep expiry dates accurate. A lapsed certification is a scheduling problem before it is a paperwork problem.
Kiosk PIN
Profile → Kiosk PIN shows your current PIN and lets you change it — "Used to clock in at shared kiosk terminals without your phone." Change it immediately if anyone else has seen it.
