The Platform console

/platform is the operator console. It is not part of a normal organisation's administration — it sits above every organisation on the deployment, and only platform administrators can reach it.

• Headline metrics: Organizations, Active ("not suspended") and Suspended.
• A searchable list of every organisation by name or slug.
• Selecting one opens its detail, where you can change its plan and entitlements.

Suspend is a hard lockout — web, mobile and kiosk. It is not a soft flag or a billing nudge. A suspended organisation's staff cannot clock in.

Practices

• Suspension stops people being paid for hours they cannot record. Treat it as the last step in a billing process, never the first.
• Change a plan rather than suspending when the issue is seats or features — plan gates refuse the specific action with a readable error, which is far kinder than a total lockout.
