Plans and billing (admins)

Open Settings → Billing to see your Current plan and upgrade.

The tiers

• Starter — Free. Up to 10 employees.
• Pro — $39/month. Up to 50 employees.
• Business — $99/month. Unlimited employees.
• Custom — negotiated. Unlimited employees.

Seat limits are enforced

The plan is not decorative. Seat limits and plan features are checked on the server, so an organisation over its limit finds invitations refused and gated features returning an error rather than quietly working.

When billing lapses

An organisation whose subscription is no longer active is routed to a suspended state rather than being silently degraded — the reason is shown instead of features failing one by one.

Practices

• Count your actual headcount before choosing a tier, including seasonal staff. Hitting the limit mid-onboarding blocks every invitation at once.
• Check the plan before a hiring push, not during it.
• If features you expect are refused, look at the plan before assuming a bug — the error is usually the plan gate doing its job.
