PWM wages are MOM minimum floors (F&B from 1 Jul 2026; Retail from 1 Sep 2026; Retail 2027/28 subject to review) and exclude overtime. Overtime follows the Employment Act Part 4: 1.5× the hourly basic rate (monthly × 12 ÷ 2,288), max 72 hours a month, for workmen earning up to $4,500 and non-workmen up to $2,600.

Employer CPF uses 2026 rates on the $8,000 Ordinary Wage ceiling (SPR first/second-year rates not modelled). SDL is 0.25% of wages, min $2, max $11.25. Work Permit levy uses Services-sector tiers on the firm-wide foreign share; S Pass levy is $650.

Progressive Wage Credit Scheme (PWCS) co-funding may offset part of wage increases, but it is not netted out of these figures.
