The audit log (platform)

/platform → Audit log records platform-level actions — plan changes, suspensions and entitlement overrides — with who performed them.

Practices

• Check the audit log first when an organisation reports "it stopped working". A plan change or suspension explains far more incidents than a bug does.
• The log is the record. If an action is not in it, do not rely on memory of having taken it.
