Clock-in and timesheet problems
PIN refusals, geofence blocks, auto clock-outs and disputed hours.

"My PIN isn't working"
- Check you are using your clock PIN, not your password. It lives at Profile → Kiosk PIN on Android.
- Repeated wrong attempts are rate-limited on the server. Stop and ask a manager rather than guessing — more attempts make it worse, not better.
- A deactivated account's PIN stops working.
"It says I'm not at the right place"
GPS geofencing is on and you are outside the fence. Move to the entrance and retry. If honest staff are regularly blocked, the radius is too tight — that is a settings fix (Settings → Locations → Geofence radius), not a you problem.
"I was clocked out automatically"
Auto clock-out after N hours is a safety net for a forgotten clock-out. The entry is flagged for review; a manager sets the correct end time. Do not try to fix it by clocking in again.
"My hours are wrong"
- Check My timesheets for the actual entry — the shift is the plan, the timesheet is the record.
- Raise it with your manager. Flagged entries go to the manager's Timesheet disputes queue on mobile.
- Do this before payroll runs. After payroll, it is a correction rather than a fix.
"The kiosk won't start"
A kiosk needs a manager or admin to sign in on the device once. Staff never sign in individually.
