"My shifts aren't showing"
The handful of causes behind almost every missing-data report.
For everyoneUpdated 31 August 2026
Work through these in order — the cause is nearly always one of them.
The schedule is empty
- It was never published. Draft shifts are invisible to employees by design. Ask your manager whether the week is published.
- You are looking at the wrong week. Use Today to jump back.
- A filter is on. Select Clear filters.
- Schedule visibility is limited. Your administrator may restrict how much of the roster employees see (Settings → Schedule → Employee schedule visibility).
A report is empty
- Timesheets are not approved. Payroll and Attendance are built from approved entries.
- There are no sales entries. The Sales tab needs them to compute labour %.
- This is a correct empty state, not a failure — Slota shows nothing rather than inventing numbers.
The deployment grid is empty
The picker only offers people already scheduled that day. An empty grid usually means an empty roster — schedule first, deploy second.
Time off you booked is not on the roster
Withdrawing or being rejected removes it. Check its status — pending leave shows as Time off · Pending and is not a commitment until approved.
